Bobby Lee Singleton

Bobby Lee Singleton, age 62, of Acworth, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Thursday, October 11, 2012, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Donald Shearin and Rev. Tommy Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta. Mr. Singleton was born in Toccoa, GA and retired from John Wieland Homes where he worked for over 35 years as a heavy equipment operator. He was of the Christian Faith. Mr. Singleton was preceded in death by his parents, Bob Singleton and Sarah Elizabeth Edwards and a brother, Dennis Pressley. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Singleton; daughter, Robin Welch; siblings, Kathy Singleton, Joel Pressley and Samuel Webb and grandson, Coleman Welch.
