Bobby J. Gunter, age 76, of Powder Springs, GA passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Paul Richardson officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
Born in Atlanta, Mr. Gunter lived most of his life in Cobb County. He owned and operated B.J. Gunter Company since 1977, and attended Fortified Hills Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley M. Gunter, in 2013.

2 Daughters: Debra (Ronnie) Crowder, Dallas, GA
Deana (Frank) Hanson, Dallas, GA
2 Brothers: Harrison Gunter, Dallas, GA
Herbert Gunter, Mineral Bluff, GA
4 Grandchildren: Brandon Crowder, Brooke Dabbs, Brian Crowder and Brittany Jenkins
8 Great Grandchildren: McKenzie, Addyson, Jaden, Brennen, Brianna, Ally, Jarrett and Jordyn
