Betty R Stephens

Betty R. Stephens, age 88, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away November 6, 2021. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta with Rev. Mike Wood and Rev. Alan Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, GA. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Earl F. King and Billy H. Stephens; two sons, Earl King, Jr. and Ronnie W. King and two sisters, Darlene Miller and Elizabeth Miller Cash.

Betty was a native of Cedartown, GA living in Cobb County, GA since 1957. She was member of First Baptist Church of Powder Springs and the Powder Springs Eastern Star. She graduated from Marietta Beauty College and has been a licensed Beautician for over 40 years. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include: daughter: Cathy Massey of Villa Rica, GA; daughter-in-law: Patricia King; sister-in-law: Jan King Cattner; seven grandchildren: Stephen Pugh, Chris Pugh, Ronnie King, Hutch King, Julie Gray, Sherry Gray and Stephanie McEntire; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta GA.
