Benny Lee Pruitt

Benny Lee Pruitt, age 85, of Dallas, Georgia passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Jackie Sanders officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.

Born in Gwinnett County, Mr. Pruitt lived in Smyrna for many years before moving to Dallas, GA 13 years ago. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving just after the Korean War. He worked as a Bodyman for the Atlanta Road Body Shop and multiple car dealerships around metro Atlanta. He also served as a Mason for over 50 years, and enjoyed riding motorcycles and making knives.

Survivors include: 3 Children, Greg (Rhonda) Pruitt, Rockmart, GA, Phillip Pruitt, Dallas, GA, and Randy (Kristy) Pruitt, Acworth, GA;2 Brothers, Terrell Pruitt and Dennis Pruitt; 4 Grandchildren, Matthew Pruitt, Summer Pruitt, Heather Carr, and Christina Pruitt, and many Great Grandchildren..

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
