Beatrice Magdalena Muffs

Beatrice Magdalena Muffs, age 42, of Acworth, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 7pm on Friday, May 10, 2013, in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Road, Marietta with Pastor Howard Sanders officiating.
Born in Puerto Rico, Mrs. Muffs moved to Acworth 13 years ago from Tampa. She was employed with First Data Corporation where she worked as a computer technician. Mrs. Muffs was a member of Become! Church in Kennesaw.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Muffs; daughter, Samantha “Shaman” Baurraud-Muffs and husband Sergio Chavez of Acworth; mother, Bernabela Baurraud of Clifton, NJ; siblings, Suzanne Martinez of Clifton, NJ, Michelle Baurraud of Clifton, NJ and Pierre Baurraud of Woodridge, NJ; granddaughters, Melanie and Jocelynne; mother-in-law, Anne-Rita Randall and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5pm until the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
