Barbara Jean Horne

Barbara Jean Horne, age 83, of Austell, Georgia passed away September 8, 2018. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, September 14, 2018 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Marietta with Rev. Bill Rorie officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her son Michael Horne

Mrs. Horne was a native of Atlanta, GA and lived in Austell, GA for the past 45 years. She was a member of First Baptist of Atlanta. She loved going to the beach, Disney World, working with her flowers, shopping and especially spending time with her loving family.

Survivors include: her husband of 66 years: Howard Horne of Austell, GA, son: Richard Wayne Horne of Austell , GA; Daughter in law, Elizabeth Ann Horne; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two nephews and one niece.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
