Barbara Garren

Barbara Garren, 75, of Smyrna, GA passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 23, 2015 in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Collins and Rev. Ronnie Burleson officiating. A native of North Carolina, Mrs. Garren lived in Barberton, Ohio for many years before moving to Georgia. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith and enjoyed watching and feeding the wild life that came to her backyard. She also enjoyed taking walks with her family.



Mrs. Garren is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Homer Nelson Garren. She is survived by her children, Sherrie Smith of Marietta; Mike (Teresa) Garren of Smyrna and David Garren of Smyrna; Grandchildren, Autumn, Elizabeth (Eddie) West and Reychel Garren; and Great Granddaughter, Anna Kate West. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
