Barbara Ellen Bookhardt

Barbara Ayers Bookhardt, age 70, of Acworth, GA passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 3pm on Friday, February 20th at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Charles Sineath officiating. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta.



A native of LaGrange, GA, Mrs. Bookhardt moved to Cobb County in 1965. She retired from the Cobb County School System as an educator and mathematics teacher with 30 years of employment. She also worked as a part-time mathematics professor at Kennesaw State University for 20 years, and was awarded the Lifetime Georgia Teaching Certificate for Mathematics.

Husband: Jesse M. Bookhardt, Acworth, GA



Son: Jared B. (Lenee) Bookhardt, Dickinson, ND



2 Brothers: Alan (Sandra) Ayers, Jackson, GA

David (Cathy) Ayers, Flowery Branch, GA



2 Granddaughters: Isabella and Sabrina Bookhardt



And many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews
