Barbara Brown Almand

Barbara Brown Almand, age 57, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Ricky Gray officiating. Inurnment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta.

Born in Atlanta, Barbara lived most of her life in Cobb County. She graduated from Pebblebrook High School, and owned and operated Straw Depot for over 20 years.

Son: Ashley (Erin) Jones, Powder Springs, GA

Daughter: Brooke Almand, Marietta, GA

2 Sisters: Brenda (Lane) Wilson, Dallas GA and Beverly (Jim) Aldridge, Hiram, GA

2 Grandchildren: Landon Jones and Peyton Jones, Powder Springs, GA

In-laws: Delores Almand and Glen Almand

4 Nephews: Marcus, Jesse, Drew and Parker

Sister-in-law: Elaine (Flavio) Galasso, and her children, Milla and Gianluca
