Annie Ruth Sayne, age 99, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 15, 2024 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Interment will follow at Sunrise Gardens of Memories in Douglasville, Georgia.

Born in Blairsville, GA, Mrs. Sayne lived in Chattanooga, TN and Atlanta, GA before settling in Marietta in 1970. She was a member of Macland Baptist Church, and she enjoyed cooking, sewing, and working in her yard, taking care of her flowers. Her passion was being with and taking care of her family, and was affectionately known as Nanny. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Hoyt Sayne, a daughter, Shirley Sayne, and a nephew who she raised, Richard Sayne.

Survivors include: 3 Children, Bill (Pam) Sayne, Marietta, GA, Janie Sayne, Marietta, GA, and Mike Sayne (Joe Natoli), St. Augustine, FL; Grandchildren, Tyler Sayne and fiancee' Christina Ngo, and Tanner (Kimberly) Sayne; Great Grandson, Hoyt Fisher Sayne, and many Nieces and Nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
