Annette Gilbert

Annette Gilbert, age 57, of Powder Springs, GA passed away on Monday, November 23, 2015. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta. Born in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, Miss Gilbert lived most of her life in Powder Springs. She graduated from McEachern High School, and worked in accounts payable at UNIPRO in Atlanta for 17 years. She also enjoyed volunteering for the Special Olympics, and coached girl’s softball for 25 years at the Powder Springs Youth Organization, where she also served on the Board of Directors. She was preceded in death by her father, John Gilbert, and her sister, Lori Gilbert Dillard.
