Alice M Krantz

Alice Marie Krantz, a beloved wife mother grandmother great-grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2025, in Marietta, Georgia, surrounded by her devoted sons. Born on October 14, 1938, in Erie, Pennsylvania, Alice was a radiant light in the lives of those who knew her, embodying love and kindness in every interaction.

For over 20 years, Alice dedicated herself to her work as a pharmacy technician at Publix, where she became a beloved figure among her colleagues and a familiar face to countless customers. Her warm smile and nurturing personality made her an integral part of the community, earning her the admiration of many. However, it was her role as a wife mother grandmother and great-grandmother that filled her heart with the greatest pride. Alice was the foundation upon which her family was built, providing unwavering support and love through every joy and sorrow.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bruce G. Krantz; her sons, Bruce C. Krantz, Mark Krantz, and Michael Krantz; her daughters-in-law, Anne, Carol, and Shannon Krantz; and her cherished grandchildren: Taylor Phillips (Katie), Kaitlin, Carly Green(Dave), Sarah Mercer(Jonathan), Becca, Alyssa, Kevin, and Marie; and great-grandchildren Sam and Hollis Phillips, Brooklyn and Cade Mercer, and Evelyn Green. Each of them carries a piece of her heart and spirit within them.

Alice was preceded in death by her dear son, Kevin Krantz, and her beloved parents, Lotti and Stanley Merski, as well as her brothers, Bob and Daniel Merski. They have welcomed her with open arms, creating an everlasting bond that transcends life itself.

A visitation will be held on February 23, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at West Cobb Funeral Home & Crematory located at 2480 Macland Road, Marietta, GA 30064.

As we remember Alice Marie Krantz, let us celebrate her legacy of love, family, and compassion. She will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were touched by her grace.
