Jamie Robert Molloy, age 40, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away Monday, January 6, 2020. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, GA.
Born in Denver, CO, to the late Eileen Salazar Molloy, Jamie grew up in Chicago, where he was raised and adopted by her parents, the late Michael and Patricia Molloy, as their son. He lived in Wabasha, MN for many years before moving to Atlanta, GA from Minneapolis, MN in 2004. He was a dedicated and loyal employee of the I.A.T.S.E. Stagehand Local 927, where he was active in bringing work to the Atlanta area. He also enjoyed being outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and cutting down trees as a side job.
Survivors include: 6 Siblings, Michael (Doris) Molloy of Arizona, Kathleen Molloy of Arizona, Kevin (Teri) Molloy of Hawaii, Maureen (Reid) Glenn of Georgia, Mary Pat (John Lader) Gott of Arizona and Johnny (Paula) Molloy of Arizona; Nieces and Nephews, Lauren, Bryan, Terese, Kayla and Katie, many Cousins, and his 3 beloved dogs, Roxie, Cookie and Leo.
