Hazel Janett King, age 88, of Smyrna, Georgia passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021. Private Graveside Services will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta.
Born in Elba, Alabama, Mrs. King moved to Powder Springs in 1969 from Warner Robbins, GA. She worked as an Assistant Manager with the Koll Company for 5 years, and also worked for the Cobb County Board of Education at McEachern High School as a Secretary and Substitute Teacher. She was a member of Macland Baptist Church.
Survivors include: 2 Children, Gary N. (Darlene) Lee, Dallas, GA and Tanya (Rory) Corbell, Granbury, TX; 5 Grandchildren, Laura Lee, Nathan Lee, Nicolas Lee, Kelsey Johnson and Lindsey Moore; 2 Great Grandchildren, Kace Johnson and Kylee Johnson.
