Glenda Sue Overton

Ms. Glenda Sue Overton, age 74, of Newnan, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023. She was born February 17, 1948 in Villa Rica, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Thomas Whitman and the late Ms. Agnes Leatherwood. She retired from Southern Motor Carriers where she worked in the Freight Logistics department. She enjoyed gambling and she was devoted to her family and loved spending time with them. She is survived by her siblings and sister-in-law Brenda Holloway of Powder Springs, and Ric and Pam Whitman of Stockbridge, her sons and daughter-in-laws, Jerry and Kelli Overton of Hogansville, Jason Overton of Newnan, and Tim and Sonya Overton of Lithia Springs; 6 grand children, and 1 niece.
