Dewayne Wells, age 69, of Marietta, GA passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020. A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm, Monday, August 17, 2020 in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc with Pastor Mike Cronin officiating.
A native of Detroit Michigan, Mr. Wells was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Martin's where he was employed as a Trainer in their Corporate Office.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille Wells; children, Regina Whyde, Darin Braggs Sr., Cornell Braggs Sr., and Shenise Wells; grandchildren, Jaymie Whyde, Yolinda Boatwright, Cornell Braggs, Jr., Annastazia Braggs, Cierra Braggs-Reed, Cornelius Braggs, Darin Braggs, Jr., Brittany Braggs, and Darina Braggs; and many cousins in Detroit, MI.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
