Charles Edward Peek

Charles Edward Peek, age 75, of Marietta, GA passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016. Funeral Services will be held 2pm Tuesday, May 10th at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Grant Cole and Rev. Charles Gann officiating.
Born in Franklin, NC, Mr. Peek moved to Marietta 49 years ago from Griffin, GA. He retired from Lockheed-Martin after over 20 years of employment. Afterwards, he enjoyed driving a school bus for the Cobb County School System. Mr. Peek loved hunting and fishing, and coaching little league baseball, football and basketball. He was a member of Connection Pointe Church of God.
He is survived by his Wife, Louise Peek; 4 Children, Jan Marie (Wayne) Kidd of Marietta, GA., Charles Keith "Chuck" Peek of Marietta, GA., Kenneth Mark (Maria) Peek of Milner, GA. and Daniel Wade "Danny" and Cari Peek of Kennesaw,GA; Sister, Ruth Gann of Marietta,GA; Brother, Dr. Ken Peek of Griffin,GA; 4 Grandchildren, Jana Marie Stevens of Cartersville, GA., Erin Peek of Marietta, GA., Melissa Kidd of Marietta, GA. and Christian Peek of Cleveland, TN; 5 Great Grandchildren, Lilly Stevens of Cartersville, GA., Regan Stevens of Woodstock, GA. and Rashawn Peek, Kaelynn Peek and Paige Peek, all of Cleveland, TN.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
